TESTIMONIAL
I think RMJ is a great way for the staff to get to know each other and learn about yearbook. It’s helpful for new and old staffers alike. It’s an opportunity for new staffers to learn the basics and get a feel for journalism, and a chance for old staffers to perfect their skills and get inspired! We got so much done and it really prepared our staff to hit the ground running when the year started.”
Joey Drennan, Littleton High School EIC

JOURNALISm

Students will walk away with the knowledge on how to communicate their stories not only through words, but through pictures and design.

PHOTOGRAPHPY

Students will step beyond the basics of photography to learn how to truly capture the memories through hands on training. They will be given the opportunity to compete in a photo contest and critique session. Please make sure that your staffers bring their own cameras.

STRONG PUBLICATIONS

With instruction, work time and bonding time, students will spend the weekend deep in the thick of their yearbook theme & newspaper

Working day and night, with top notch teachers, we assure you it will be an experience that is well worth it and will create a bond amongst your staff that will be hard to beat.

DESIGNING

Students will work with instructors on design and learn how to make their pages pop and really stand out from the rest while actually creating layouts that they will use in their publications.

BUILD THE MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST ALL YEAR

Nationally recognized Advisers and hand picked faculty will guide you through the process of creating an unforgettable yearbook theme or the first issue of your newspaper while having fun and expanding your knowledge about your publication.
